Christy Clark, Special Events & Projects

As a commentator, talk-show host, and former elected representative, Christy Clark offers insight into the intersection of public opinion and public policy. She is available for special events and projects, including speaking engagements, commentary on public issues, and charitable events.

Ms. Clark is host of "The Christy Clark Show" on CKNW 980AM, BC's most listened to radio station. She is also a weekly columnist for the Vancouver Province newspaper, BC's largest circulation daily. Clark is one of Maclean's Magazine's top 50 national opinion leaders, offering her comments on the MacLean's website on the issues of the day.

Clark has worked as a columnist for the Vancouver Sun and frequently appears on national television as an election analyst. Last year, she was invited to join the judging panel adjudicating the annual Jack Webster Awards, BC's most prestigious awards recognizing excellence in journalism.

Prior to becoming a commentator and talk-show host, Ms. Clark spent nine years in provincial politics serving as British Columbia's Deputy Premier, Minister of Education and Minister of Children and Family Development.

Ms. Clark studied political science at Simon Fraser University, French at l'université de la Sorbonne and religious studies at the University of Edinburgh.
