Forrest Parlee, Senior Associate

Forrest Parlee provides strategic counsel to clients based on his extensive background in public affairs, stakeholder relations and issues management.

Prior to joining Burrard Communications Inc., Mr. Parlee served as an advisor to Cabinet Ministers at both the federal and provincial levels, including two senior British Columbia Ministers and Canada’s Leader of the Government in the Senate.  Mr. Parlee’s experience working within our country’s most influential political institutions allows him to offer fresh insight and strategic direction to clients while they navigate the decision-making process.

Having played a central role in political campaigns for all levels of government, Mr. Parlee knows first hand the importance of both rapid response communications and thoughtful long term communications planning. Clients benefit from Mr. Parlee’s professional communications skills and insight into public policy development and decision-making.

Mr. Parlee holds a B.A. in Political Science from Simon Fraser University.
